Event Information
Tapas Cocktail Party and Opening Ceremonies: Join us for the opening Tapas Cocktail Party and opening ceremonies on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Civitan Club (6787 Lanark County Rd 43, Perth). Please respect the Civitans’ NO DOG AIRING policy on the grounds.
- Social Hour 3 – 4 pm. Mingle with friends and view the silent auction items.
- Formal National Ceremonies 4 – 5 pm. Judges introduced and comments. Hear important instructions from the Chief Marshal.
- Handler & Dog Team introductions5 – 7 pm, and pick a winner in the Fan Favourite Pool.
- Plus, don’t miss the exciting live draw for the starting dog.
- Individual tickets are $65, or you can purchase the $100 Package Deal to include entry to the Workers’ Party.
Social Events: Join us at the Bridget Vincet Mary Hall, 844 Stanley Rd, for three social events.
- Monday, September 14, The Trevor Dickens Chili Dinner (complimentary)
- Tuesday, September 15, The EORC Spaghetti Night (complimentary)
- Wednesday, September 16, The Workers’ Party. Individual tickets are $50, or you can purchase the $100 Package Deal, which includes entry to the Tapas Cocktail Party.
Camping
RV Camping: Camping Fee $250 for 7 days, dry-camping; includes water supplied, and 1 pump
out on Wednesday.
Reservation required and e-transfer with your entry. You will receive a campsite number.
